Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients retain 100% ownership of source code, infrastructure-as-code, and deliverables created specifically for their projects. Nano Solutions retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies.
Limitation of Liability
Nano Solutions provides services on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nano Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Service Engagement
Project terms, including scope, timeline, pricing, and deliverables, are defined in separate engagement agreements. This website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding contract.
